job_description.job_card.job_descriptionIndustrial IT / Computer hardware / software Troubleshooting Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated equipment (PLCs, motion control, HMIs, RFIDs, robots, and vision systems). Perform repair and replacement of computers connected to manufacturing equipment. Execute application backup / restore to maintain a validated system state. Support integration and configuration of automation technologies. Document activities per quality and regulatory standards. Provide flexibility to support business demands (overtime, holidays, weekends, or night shifts when required).

The Technical Part
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, and three (3) years of experience in the regulated industry.
- Bilingual : Spanish and English
- Soft Skills : problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Shift : Administrative, and according to business needs.
- Experience in :
PLCs, motion control, HMIs, RFIDs, robotics, and vision systems.
