Shift : Full-Time – Nights (7P – 7A) – Rotating Weekends ( 2 Weekends per Month / Friday - Sunday)

Sign-On Bonus : $20,000

Relocation : $5,000 (Must Be Over 50 Miles from Facility)

Shift Differential : Nights : $3.75 Weekends : $6.00

Job Summary and Qualifications :

Progressive Care Clinical Care Coordinator Nurse

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

In this position you will be working in a 25 bed Progressive Care / Telemetry Unit that primarily cares for patients with chest pain waiting for stress testing, cath labs, hypertensive urgency, CVA, TIA, altered mental status, sepsis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous BiPAP. Drips such as cardizem, amiodarone, heparin, lasix, protonix, and others.
