Swim Instructor - York

Share your passion for swimming while making a real difference at the Arthur J. Glatfelter YMCA in York! We're looking for Swim Instructors who are enthusiastic about teaching kids and families the skills they need to feel confident and safe in the water.

As part of our aquatics team, you'll guide group and private swim lessons in a positive, safety-first environment that reflects the Y's mission and values.

Available hours include evenings and Saturday mornings. Whether you're an experienced instructor or newly certified, this is a great opportunity to inspire swimmers of all ages and build a lifelong love of the water.
