Key Responsibilities
Join a high growth team to solve technical and customer problems
Partner with the Sales team to communicate the Grafana value proposition to customers
Own technical engagement with customers and assist in closing high-velocity opportunities
Required Qualifications
1-3+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies
Ability to work in a remote-first environment and collaborate with an international team
Technical mindset with a desire for growth and problem-solving
Self-motivated, creative, and capable of taking initiative
Experience from a coding bootcamp or previous post-sales / engineering roles is a plus
