High Tech Supplies is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Technician with strong multitasking abilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electronics, a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairs, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple tasks.

Job Description

This position plays a role in both technical work and customer service, coordinating our Service Department and ensuring the smooth operation of all service-related activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the Service Departments day-to-day operations.
• Answer customer calls and provide technical support or service updates.
• Receive incoming equipment, log service requests, and evaluate required services.
• Perform diagnostics, calibration, repair, and maintenance of electronic equipment.
• Prepare quotes, estimates, and issue invoices for services performed.
• Package and ship serviced equipment back to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities.
