Key Responsibilities
Create and manage the Talent Acquisition Playbook and associated process guides
Own and manage shared tools and resources, ensuring compliance and optimization
Advance data reporting from the Applicant Tracking System and provide support to recruiters
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on recruiting operations experience, specifically with an Applicant Tracking System
Experience in managing system configurations, upgrades, and implementations
Familiarity with key Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting capabilities
