Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Denodo Developer with hands-on experience in Denodo, specifically version 8.x. The position will primarily be responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation and Design. The candidate will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code deliverables for a module, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Responsibilities

  • Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code deliverables.
  • Lead validation for all types of testing and support implementation, transition, and warranty activities.
  • Maintain teamwork, collaboration, and respect for diversity.

Required Qualifications

  • Located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or willing to relocate; may require travel to project locations.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; considering three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • At least 2 years of strong understanding of Denodo virtualization principles.
  • Experience with metadata and catalog management.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and estimate requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with API endpoint configuration.
  • Managing data source connections and base views.
  • Designing Denodo frameworks for development and deployment.
  • Creating pushdown processes and optimizing performance.
  • Exposing business entities and report views to consumer applications.
  • Installing, configuring, and administering Denodo servers and schedulers.
  • Integrating with Microsoft AD and managing user access.
  • Creating and maintaining data sources (e.g., MS Databricks, Oracle, SQL, Hadoop, SAP BW, Salesforce).
  • Applying caching strategies and managing metadata / catalogs.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Denodo Platform 8.0 certifications (Admin, Developer, Architect).
  • Domain knowledge in financial and CRM systems.
