Porter-Handyman - Condominium Association – Full Time, Exterior, Day Shift

Location : Boca Raton, FL

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7.30 AM–4 : 00 PM (with unpaid lunch)

What You'll Be Responsible For :

  • Keeping common areas in top condition : lobbies, hallways, clubhouses, gyms, trash rooms, and pool decks.
  • Sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, restocking restrooms, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Noticing and reporting leaks, hazards, or anything that needs repair.
  • Completing daily task lists and occasional special cleaning projects.
  • Using green-certified cleaning supplies and following safety protocols.
  • Representing TamCare with professionalism and a courteous attitude toward residents.

    • What You Bring to the Role :

  • At least 1 year of experience in janitorial, porter, or residential property care.
  • A proactive mindset—you see what needs doing and take care of it.
  • The ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work outdoors, and stay on your feet throughout your shift.
  • A friendly, respectful attitude and clear communication skills.
  • Must pass a background check and follow all OSHA / CDC safety protocols.
