Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a unified enablement strategy for sales and channel growth
Lead the evaluation and deployment of enablement technologies and maintain related resources
Deliver training on solutions and develop tailored programs for distribution and payer partners
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM, or Channel Enablement roles within SaaS or healthcare technology
Proven experience implementing enablement platforms
Background in healthcare or behavioral health sales preferred
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Analytical mindset to measure and communicate enablement impact
