The role requires board certification in anesthesiology, active AZ licensing, and certifications in ACLS and PALS. The physician works primarily in pain clinics and addresses a wide range of surgical procedures including ortho, trauma, and neuro.

Contract Length : 3 months ongoing

Shift Details : 7 : 00am-7 : 00pm

Work Details :

• Support staff : CRNAs
• Patients per day : 50-60
• Department description : Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day this will not be a locum. Must be comfortable with all ages and currently only work in pain clinics.
• EMR : Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital bed size : 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
• Special procedures : Locums do not medically direct CRNAs
