Position Summary :

• We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team.
• Based out of our Florida offices, you will provide on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of espresso, coffee, and beverage equipment.
• This is a field-based role requiring independence, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills, with occasional travel for cruise ship service calls or special project installations.
• The ideal candidate is prompt, dependable, has superior technical support skills, and communicates effectively.
• A proven track record of customer satisfaction and a passion for the coffee industry are highly valued.
