AI Automation Analyst

A company is looking for an AI Automation Analyst to implement AI-powered automations and optimize workflows across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and design high-value automation and workflow optimization opportunities with executives and teams

Map, design, and prototype AI-driven workflows using various automation tools

Teach teams to build and maintain their own automations, promoting sustainable AI fluency

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in operations, process design, automation, or product-related roles within a SaaS or technology environment

Hands-on experience with AI-native automation tools (e.g., n8n, Gumloop, Make, Zapier)

Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models and workflow orchestration systems

Proven ability to identify business challenges and create effective automation solutions

Experience driving internal innovation or transformation initiatives within a SaaS organization is a plus
