MUST :

The Home Health Biller must have the following experience :

Experience utilizing HCHB

Supporting the Home Health month-end close process

Resolving all open / unprocessed items and generating monthly reports

Ensuring patient demographic information, payer information, codes and charges are accurate Routing claims to HCHB for submission

Reviewing denials and communicating write offs to HCHB

Handling cash posting

Establishing and maintaining communication with payers

DUTIES :

The duties of the Home Health Biller include but are not limited to the following :

Utilize HCHB for processing claims and communicating write offs to

Support the Home Health month-end close process

Resolve open / unprocessed items and generate monthly reports

Confirm that patient demographics, payer information, codes and charges are accurate

Route claims to HCHB for submission

Review denials

Handle cash posting

Establish and maintain communication with payers
