Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term profitability
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and satisfaction using CRM and support systems
Identify and implement innovative solutions to address client challenges and grow account revenue
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
College degree
Minimum of two years of experience in relationship management and / or sales
Experience in a sales, quota-carrying role with proven negotiation skills
Enterprise account management experience
Familiarity with software web applications and product workflows
