About Us
As the first female and veteran-owned production brewery in NYC, TALEA opened its doors in March 2021 and has grown its footprint to five taprooms across NYC since. With a 20 barrel brew house and 1 barrel pilot system, we brew crowd favorites as well as experimental small batch beers, all with the mission of creating easy-to-love beers for beer nerds and novices alike. Having been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Grub Street, Forbes, Business Insider, Thrillist, The Infatuation, Eater, Cheddar, Time Out, and more, TALEA is making a mark on the beer industry.
The Role
TALEA is looking for eager, hard workers to join our food team. The kitchen role is an integral part of our taproom experiences. Our food program is designed to be executed with one or two people in the kitchen, and is routinely being revamped to best pair with our variety of beers. This role requires ingredient prep, cooking, and plating with attention to detail, organization and consistency.
