At J2E Investments LLC, we operate sneakybird locations throughout the Phoenix Metro Area. We offer a quick-craft casual dining experience, specifically focusing on a healthier option to fried chicken. Our motto, "Never Ever Fried," reflects our commitment to healthy, oven-grilled chicken dishes, including sandwiches, tenders, and wings. These items are prepared through an innovative cooking method, hence our motto “Never Ever Fried”.

Positions Available

• Kitchen Staff (BOH)
• Cashier (FOH)

All team members will be cross trained in FOH and BOH job duties. Each role participates in our tip-sharing program.

7-day operation with flexible scheduling

Weekends and rotating weekends as needed

Compensation :

$15.00 per hour + tips

General Requirements

High school diploma

Ability to stay organized

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask

Team oriented

Ability to pass background screening

Physical Requirements

Extended periods of walking and standing.

Ability to assist in heavy lifting

Intellectual elements

Ability to use basic computer programs and reports.

Basic cash handling knowledge

General knowledge of point-of-sale systems (POS)

Staying up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information

Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts and records

Specific Requirements

Cooking / Restaurant Experience : 1 year (Preferred)

Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred)

Training in Food Safety (Food Handlers Card)
