Job Type : Full-time | Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (rotating on call in future may be required)

WHAT YOULL DO
Assessment & Planning Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, screenings, and evaluations to inform individualized treatment.Therapy Services Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused CBT).Treatment Planning Collaborate with clients to develop treatment plans tailored to their needs, goals, and ASAM criteria.Documentation Complete timely and accurate progress notes, assessments, and reports consistent with DSM-5, ASAM, and facility standards.Care Coordination Collaborate with courts, probation, community providers, and referral sources when appropriate.Client Advocacy Support clients and families within the program and connect them with community resources.Reporting Provide progress updates to courts, probation, or other entities as required.Professional Development Participate in training, supervision, and continuing education to maintain and expand clinical competency.Leadership Support May supervise interns or volunteers as assigned by the Lead Therapist.QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
Masters Degree in Human Services (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Addictions).Practicum, internship, or post-graduate experience in behavioral health, preferably in substance use disorder treatment.Current CPR / First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).Strong communication and documentation skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.Preferred :
Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor Associate (LCAC-A) or willingness to obtain and pursue full LCAC.Proficiency in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT.Experience in residential or acute psychiatric / substance use treatment settings.WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Environment : Indoor, environmentally controlled clinical setting; possible exposure to contagious conditions and emotionally volatile situations.Physical Demands : Frequent sitting, standing, and repetitive motions; ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.Communication : Frequent interaction with clients, families, colleagues, and external agencies via email, phone, video, and in-person meetings.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
