• Serve as a resource person and problem solver for the nursing staff\n
• Interpret policies and procedures for nursing and administration\n
• Provide information and support for family members and patients\n
• Resolve complaints\n
• Handle calls and paperwork for patient transfers\n
• Follows all policies, procedures, and requirements of TMH\n
• Sctively support a commitment to the mission and vision of TMH, consistently displaying behaviors in harmony with the I CARE values.\n\nReports To : \n

• Unit Secretary\n\nWhat You'll Need To Apply\n\nRequired Education : \n
• Associates Degree in Nursing\n\nPreferred Education : \n
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing\n\nRequired Experience : \n
• Two (2) years of RN experience\n\nPreferred Experience : \n
• Five (5) years as RN\n
• Two (2) years as supervisor\n\nRequired Certification / License / Registry : \n
• Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nurse Practice Act) [includes multistate compact licensure]\n
