About The Position

We are seeking a Nurse

Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our thriving outpatient primary

care practice in a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility located just 45 minutes

from Providence, RI, and south of Boston.

We have opportunities for :

Experienced Primary Care

APPs with 2+ years of outpatient experience who can independently manage their

own patient panel

Newer APPs or those without

outpatient experience to serve as a Collaborating APP, working closely with an

experienced physician or advanced practice provider

Position Highlights

Provide comprehensive

Requirements :

Current NP or PA license in

Massachusetts (or eligibility)

For Independent Role :

Minimum 2 years’ outpatient primary care experience managing own patient panel

For Collaborating Role :

Willingness to work under supervision while developing skills in outpatient

care
