Description :
We are looking for a professional Technical Writer and Knowledge Management Author to design and develop reference content and communications for Business Service (B2B and B2C) frontline agents. This individual will also create customer-facing messages and scripts to be used during customer interactions by frontline agents. The goal of this role is to provide online reference content and scripts / messaging to be used in the moment of application by agents during customer interactions.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Write and edit end-user and internal-user knowledge base content describing Walmart Business Services and troubleshooting processes.
- Collaborate with Walmart Business Services Support Teams and continuous improvement experts to optimize and maintain internal and external content for usability and accessibility, while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Work directly with development teams and Walmart Business Services Support stakeholders to produce world-class knowledge base articles.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external global stakeholders to conceptualize and develop content that strengthens the Walmart brand.
- Create, maintain, and edit knowledge base articles that are used by a wide audience with varying skill levels.
- Use writing expertise and extraordinary attention to detail to evaluate, uphold, implement, and evangelize content standards that reflect the voice of Walmart.
- Manage all aspects of the documentation process—from planning to content maintenance.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience as a technical editor or writer of technical documentation.2+ years of experience creating and delivering content publication plans, managing multiple schedules and projects.Demonstrated experience working with style guides.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or have 4+ years equivalent industry or military experience.Possess a strong desire to learn new technologies, the curiosity to figure out how things work, and a passion for improving the customer experience.Have experience working on technical content for end users.Have experience working with customer service organizations.Have knowledge management experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
