A well-established and respected commercial construction company based in Rosemont, IL is seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple projects. Job Description

Lead and manage field operations across multiple job sites.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.

Mentor and develop field staff to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.

Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain project momentum.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.

Demonstrated success in managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.
