Senior Staff Engineer, AI

A company is looking for a Sr. Staff / Staff Engineer, AI Developer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain developer workflow tools to enhance the overall development experience

Lead and mentor other engineers, ensuring high standards of technical design and code quality

Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to developer productivity

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in building and maintaining complex software

Experience with AI development tools and frameworks such as Claude Code, Cursor, LangChain, and LangGraph

Expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and services

Familiarity with developer productivity metrics and IDE ecosystems

A related technical degree is required
