Thriving, Independent Practice Equal-vote, physician-owned private practice with partnership track in 12-24 months Over 20 active clinical trials , CRO partnership, and access to PI / Sub-I opportunities Full autonomy and stability in a market where 80% of practices remain physician-owned Support You Can Count On Each physician is supported by 1-2 APPs, 2-3 nurses, scheduler, and MA Dedicated full-time APP covers hospitals 7 days / week to streamline consults and rounding In-house infusion center with 29 chairs , on-site lab, admixture pharmacy, and genetic counseling Additional Support Center with Palliative care physician, behavioral health, PT / OT, Prosthetic fitting In-house Research Coordinators, Weekly tumor boards by subspecialty (GU, breast, lung, etc.) Compensation & Benefits Base Salary : $650,000 (1.0 FTE) Sign-On Bonus : $50,000 Relocation Assistance : $20,000 Guaranteed Annual Bonus : $20,000 in Years 1 & 2 PTO : 6 weeks rotating Fridays off (65 days PTO as a partner!)
