Night shift must have CT / X-ray experience

Description :

The MRI department is equipped with 3 MRI machines.

The technologist will primarily work with adults, geriatrics, and some pediatric cases through the ER.

Imaging studies include MRI with sedation or general anesthesia, MRI on patients with conditional pacemakers, and MRI breast scans.

The ability to float and cover other areas, such as CT and x-ray, is helpful but not mandatory.

The department is known for its fast-paced environment.

Mixed 9, 10, and 12-hour shifts are employed, with start times varying based on the shift.

Weekend requirements involve being on call once every 6 weeks.

Weeknight calls may range from 3-4 nights per month when fully staffed.

Two holidays per year are expected.

The department utilizes EPIC for electronic medical records and McKesson for PACS.

A fingernail policy prohibits artificial nails in patient care departments.

Refusal to comply may result in contract termination.

Candidates need to provide their driver's license for radius verification.

Upfront requests for time off are required, and additional requests will not be approved.

The hospital reserves the right to cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.
