Paper Twist is a specialty paper boutique located in the Myers Park neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded in 2008, we offer a wide range of stationery, invitations, and personalized gifts. Role Description

  • This is an in-person position - we are not looking for remote candidates.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Specialist, located in Charlotte, NC. The Design Specialist is a client facing position and will work with clients to create custom stationery, invitations and party accessories. Previous sales experience is preferred for this role.

Day-to-day tasks include working with clients in our retail store, management of stationery and customer orders, as well as utilizing creative sales skills to help clients create custom gifts and products.

Qualifications

  • Graphic Design, Graphics, and Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Experience in conducting design consultations
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or related field
