Seeking a BC / BE Internist to join established practice. We currently have three physicians and two APP on staff, but are expanding to accommodate the significant growth of our County. General bread and butter internal medicine practice. Average 15-20 patients per shift. Physician owned and led organization, new physicians have the opportunity to become partners after 1 year of employment.

  • Four- or five-day work week
  • Outpatient only with 1 : 6 nurse triaged call
  • Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
  • Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
  • Provider team consists of three physicians and two APP s
  • patients per day
  • EPIC Electronic Medical Record
  • Clinic hours : 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.
  • J1 Candidates considered

We provide physicians with a robust benefits package which may include :

  • Compensation : First year salary guarantee based on MGMA / AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate s qualifications.
  • Time off : up to 6 weeks of time off (for full time, four-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)

  • Relocation expenses covered including packing : up to $20,000
  • Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years
