Privacy and AI Counsel

A company is looking for a Counsel, Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance on AI, privacy, and data protection across the company

Lead legal reviews of products and features, ensuring integration of privacy-by-design principles

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal requirements with business processes

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

8+ years of experience in privacy and / or AI matters at a law firm or in-house legal department

Expertise in consumer privacy and AI laws, preferably with healthcare privacy frameworks

Strong track record of building relationships across Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams

Experience negotiating privacy and AI contracts, including DPAs and BAAs
