We are seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance service industry and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining coffee equipment at client locations throughout the Chicagoland, Elk Grove and Roselle Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, troubleshoot, and repair coffee machines and related equipment.

Perform regular maintenance and service calls.

Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers.

Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer care during all service visits.

Qualifications :

Experience in the maintenance service industry preferred.

Excellent driving record (company vehicle provided for service calls).

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Good communication and customer service skills.
