A respected California law firm with a long-standing reputation in real estate and lender-side litigation is expanding its Southern Californi a presence and is seeking a confident litigator to join its Orange County team.

What You'll Do :

  • Handle landlord-tenant disputes and eviction cases (unlawful detainer) from intake to trial
  • Navigate complex regulatory issues including rent control and foreclosure statutes
  • Manage a caseload independently while working closely with a supportive team
  • Optional work in real estate litigation or transactional law
  • Maintain direct client contact and represent clients in court

    • Ideal Candidates :

  • Confident associate litigators with a passion for landlord-tenant law
  • Attorneys with experience in unlawful detainer, lender defense, or real estate litigation
  • Professionals who work well independently and enjoy a collegial environment
  • California Bar members in good standing

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $175,000 - $225,000
  • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance
