job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor and document patient status and report any changes to the RN or physician. Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Ensure all care is provided in compliance with facility standards and state / federal regulations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records. Respond promptly to residents' needs and emergencies. Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge procedures. Promote a positive, caring, and supportive environment for residents and staff. Current and valid LPN license in the state of Maryland . CPR / BLS certification (required). Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.

Pay Rate : $30 - $34 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)

- 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM
- 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM
- 11 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM
