Key Responsibilities :

Press Operation :

Operating and maintaining Komori offset printing presses to produce high-quality prints.

Press Setup :

Setting up and adjusting press settings according to job specifications, including ink, paper, and color management.

Make-Ready :

Preparing the press for each job, including plate mounting, ink adjustments, registration, and color matching.

Quality Control :

Monitoring print quality and making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency and adherence to client specifications.

Maintenance :

Performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting press parts.

Troubleshooting :

Identifying and resolving technical issues with the press to minimize downtime.

Collaboration :

Working with pre-press operators, bindery workers, and other team members to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.

Safety :

Following all safety procedures and regulations when operating and maintaining the press.
