Key Responsibilities :

• Patient-Centered Treatment : Deliver high-quality, individualized treatment using manual intervention and evidence-based exercise programming.
• Evaluative Expertise : Perform thorough evaluations and assessments to create personalized rehab plans that get results.
• Timely Documentation : Maintain clear, concise, and accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA and insurance regulations.
• Professional Growth : Continuously advance your skills and knowledge through ongoing continuing education.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with a supportive, high-energy team of professionals committed to helping our patients achieve their athletic goals.
• Contribute to Growth : Play an active role in the clinic’s marketing efforts and community outreach to grow the business.

What You Bring to the Table :

A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

An active Massachusetts physical therapy license

2+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedics (preferred, but we welcome new grads!)

Experience in sports therapy, coaching, training, or a high-volume athletic environment ideal

A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for hands-on treatment

Strong organizational skills with an analytical approach to patient care

The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve
