  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1570 - $1680\n

  • Active RN license in Mississippi or compact state (Registered Nurse license required)\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Cardiac Stepdown, Telemetry, or acute care nursing\n
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred; can be obtained within first 3 weeks on site)\n
  • Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility (travel nurse eligibility)\n
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills\n

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Stepdown unit\n
  • Monitor and assess cardiac patients, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in condition\n
  • Administer medications, cardiac treatments, and interventions as prescribed\n
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care\n
  • Accurately document all patient care activities in the electronic health record (EHR)\n
