About The Position

Experience : Minimum 2 years of previous Operating Room experience required

License : Valid State Licenses in Illinois and Iowa

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have : Must be comfortable with all case types (except open heart)

Must be proficient in Da Vinci robotics.

Must have completed at least 1 travel contract.

Description :

This position offers same-day interviews.

Please prepare qualified candidates to receive a call from a (405) area code.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Local travelers are not accepted; candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from the facility.

The traveler will have on-call responsibilities of one shift a week from the end of the shift until 6 : 30 the following morning.

One shift per week will be required from the end of the shift to 7 : 00 PM on weekends.

Every fourth weekend will be required.

Travelers are required to work two of the three winter holidays : Christmas, New Year’s, or Thanksgiving.

There is a limit of one day request off between designated holiday periods for all travelers, regardless of holidays worked.

References : One supervisory reference is required at the time of submission.

Proof of taxable address is necessary to verify billing rate in accordance with local traveler policy.
