Our agency is in need of an experienced FNP to provide interim coverage to an employee / family based primary care clinic in Dodgeville, WI.
First Coverage Need :
Thursdays Only, starting ASAP - Oct 30, 7a-4p
Second Coverage Need :
Mon-Thurs, starting Nov 3-Feb 26, 7a-4p
Closed : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, NYE & NYD
Basic primary care to employees / spouses & dependents, age 3+
8-10 patients per day
Staffed with additional APRN & RN
$90 per hour
Paid malpractice, shadow training & module training
Requirements :
Must have active WI state licensure
Must be BC
Must have 2+ years in primary care as an FNP
Must have clean background
