What will I be doing as a Sales Support Specialist?

• Develop in-depth knowledge of AT&T’s full product portfolio through ongoing, hands-on training that turns technical features into real-world customer benefits.
• Learn from top-performing team members by observing effective strategies for customer needs analysis, solution presentation, and closing techniques.
• Create strong first impressions by welcoming customers with genuine enthusiasm and guiding conversations toward tailored solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the power of 5G, the reliability of fiber, and the value of bundled entertainment options.
• Accurately assess customer needs and recommend ideal combinations of wireless, internet, and TV services.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales environment, ensuring displays and marketing materials are always up to standard.
• Efficiently manage point-of-sale systems to process activations, upgrades, and transactions with precision
