Client Experience Manager

Copay is currently looking to hire a Client Experience Manager within our lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS or Lexington, KY. In this role, you will support all aspects of the client onboarding process. In addition, you will take on responsibilities tied to managing Account Managers and clients within the line of business. These responsibilities include maximizing business opportunities, providing premium customer care, and building long-term, trusting business relationships, training staff and new client product lines, assisting with IT production teams in regard to stories related to Custom Client Management. This position operates within the client services arena and whose purpose is to design, implement, and manage customized hotel lodging programs for customers engaged in a variety of business verticals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting all requirements for onboarding and training new Workforce clients
  • Maintaining and reporting new account plans and regularly reviewing against established milestones and targets
  • Coordinating with Sales and Sales management to confirm the client has the necessary product features activated for account functionality
  • Reviewing all onboarding documentation for accuracy and completeness to support an effective client experience
  • Collaborating with management on priority clients, including preparing for and participating in client reviews as needed
  • Developing and proposing solutions to address client objectives and challenges during the initial engagement phase
  • Detecting and addressing situations within assigned customers that may result in attrition or inhibit growth
  • Assigning special projects related to overall client needs
  • Assisting Sales with demos or other tasks associated with new client onboarding
  • Scheduling and tracking follow-up action items to ensure deadlines are met
  • Managing payroll and time off requests
  • Overseeing assigned onboarding team members and addressing their daily needs
  • Identifying and developing growth opportunities within the onboarding team
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 years of previous management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills are required
  • Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact with customer contacts at all levels
  • Proactive mindset, ability to think strategically, identify and capitalize on opportunities
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience with office experience or hotel front desk role
  • Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven experience with MS Office including strong Excel is required
  • Strong ability to multi-task and be focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated
