Job Responsibilities :
As a Resident Technology Support Liaison, you will :
Educate & Empower - Provide one-on-oneor group training sessions to help residents learn smartphones, tablets, computers,and other digital tools.
Troubleshoot Support - Assist residents withtechnical issues like connectivity, app errors, or general tech confusion in a patientand friendly manner.
Create Learning Tools - Develop easy-to-understand guides, tutorials,and materials designed for senior learners.
♿ Advocate for Access - Support the use of accessible technologiesand accommodations that meet the diverse needs of our residents.
Qualifications :
High school diploma orequivalent.
Preferred experience in teaching or providing tech support to individualswith limited technology skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with older adults.
Ability to explain technology in a simple, encouraging, and engaging way.
