Machine Operator – Fitchburg, WI

ABR Employment is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturing team in Fitchburg, WI. Multiple shifts are available, including weekday and a few weekend options. If you have machine operation experience and want steady hours with room to grow, we want to hear from you!

Pay : $20.00 – $22.26 / hr (depending on shift)

Current Openings – Shifts & Pay :

C-Crew : 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM | 2 / 2 / 3 Rotation | $22.26 / hr

D-Crew : 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM | 2 / 2 / 3 Rotation | $22.26 / hr

A-Crew : 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM | 2 / 2 / 3 Rotation | $20.00 / hr

Responsibilities :

Operate, set up, and troubleshoot thermoforming machinery

Monitor production and ensure quality standards are met

Maintain clean and safe work areas

Complete shift documentation and communicate with next shift

Perform routine maintenance and assist with new product / process development

Follow GMP and all established safety protocols

Train new team members as needed

Qualifications :

Previous machine operation experience required

Strong attention to detail and safety

Ability to work 12-hour shifts or fixed schedules
