Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Location : Heber Springs, AR

Salary : $25 - $32 per hour (DOE)

Requirements : Hands-on experience troubleshooting / repairing manufacturing equipment and machines / Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulics, mechanical  / Previous experience working within a manufacturing plant or factory environment

What You Will Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns on machines and other production equipment
• Replace motors, pumps, cylinders
• Maintain all machine safety guarding
• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly tasks on equipment as assigned by schedules or instructions
• Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and repair of production problems with machines and tooling
• Perform machine and related equipment maintenance
• Support training and development of operators
• Work to maintain production schedule & discipline
• Work with quality control department on any quality problems
