Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $30 - $40 an Hour

We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team to provide emotional and therapeutic support to clients in either individual or group settings .

Position Overview :

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide individual and group counseling services to clients facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and support clients in their journey toward improved mental health.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments and evaluations in line with the APA / DSM 5 TR to understand clients’ mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
• Stay current with best practices in mental health counseling and attend professional development opportunities.
• Provide support to counseling interns and young professional working towards valid / state licensure.
• Facilitate supportive referral to clients / individuals, and collaborate with other service organization in the community for the benefit of the client / population we serve.
