Base pay range

$45.00 / hr - $60.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• REMOTE 50% / 50% Client Travel

Kforce has a client seeking a L2 Audio-Visual (AV) Engineer for a contract-to-hire role (6 months initial). This role is remote and can sit anywhere in the U.S. Travel : Up to 50% nationwide (all travel expenses covered). Summary : The L2 AV Engineer will be designing, installing, and commissioning enterprise-grade audio-visual systems-everything from conference room setups to complex AV-over-IP integrations. The team works on next-gen conference, collaboration, and immersive spaces, integrating systems like Crestron, Extron, and QSC, often over IP networks using Dante, NDI, and SDVoE protocols. It's remote, contract-to-hire, and offers exposure to cutting-edge AV systems with top-tier engineers. The ideal candidate is a certified CTS or CTS-D professional with deep commissioning and calibration experience-not just installation, but end-to-end optimization and performance verification.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note : Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
