We are searching for a Merchandise Planner to join our amazing team. This position is primarily responsible for the numbers that make it all work behind the scenes. You enjoy the science of data and figuring out what people will buy next. You’re all about the team. Responsibilities :

Owns the creation & management of Department Merchandise Plans

• Partner with Merchandise CFT to build & manage seasonal Merchandise Plans for a category of business
• Set category plans for sales, margin, inventory, flow strategy, & item Inventory Policy to benchmark performance
• Align product strategy, category targets & Company financial goals
• Partner with Company Planning to set OTB framework for your category

Translate department plans into Assortment Plans

Manage inventory lifecycle & maximizing margin In-Season
