Location(s) : GSK (200 Cambridgepark Dr, Cambridge) - Customer Site MA, GSK (Technology Sq, Cambridge) - Customer Site MA

Job Responsibilities :

• Coach and train staff at client location regarding best-in-class customer support
• Provide directions to direct reports according to established policies and management guidance
• Monitor team performance to ensure that the services are delivered to PerkinElmer and customer standards
• Engage in local customer interaction and foster collaborative relationships
• Work in collaboration with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) to ensure a high level of safety is maintained at the site
• Ensure adequate planning and allocation of resources to meet service delivery needs
• Facilitate weekly team lead meetings, as well as one-on-ones, and performance reviews / evaluations
• Address disciplinary and / or performance concerns when necessary in accordance with company policy
• Participate in recruitment activities
• Attend and actively participate in comm cells, meetings, and training courses as required
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of data including any performance metrics
• Build and maintain business continuity plans and maintain skills matrices for the team
• Be willing and able to fill in as needed to support the team in their functions
• Identify and / or create SOP's, Work Instructions and documentation to ensure the team conduct activities in a consistent and reliable manner

Working Environment :

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $87,000 to $89,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
