Position Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire Business Analyst to support ongoing enhancements and steady-state operations for a regional insurer. This role will focus on Guidewire PolicyCenter and / or ClaimCenter modules and requires strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and balancing business analysis with light project coordination. Your future duties and responsibilities :

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and workshops to align business and technical teams.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-stream coordination.
• Assist QA and development teams with clarifications and defect triage.
• Maintain documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, wireframes, and data mappings.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to : skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,400-$154,300
