The Manager of Video Production leads our in-house video team and oversees all aspects of video and photography content creation. This role is responsible for managing the video and photography production pipeline, directing creative execution, ensuring brand alignment, and delivering high-quality assets across multiple platforms.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for the production team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle - from concept development through final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute video content strategies that drive engagement and support organizational goals.
- Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
- Uphold brand and creative standards by implementing rigorous quality control measures across all video deliverables.
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to expand production capabilities.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and formats in video production to continuously evolve and innovate content delivery.
- Maintain and optimize video production equipment, software, and digital asset libraries to ensure efficiency and scalability.
