Job Salary : $70k - $90k + Bonus / Commissions + Benefits

We are one of New England's largest one-stop source for commercial building products including acoustical ceiling systems, architectural doors & hardware, drywall and steel framing, insulation and exterior systems.

Due to growth, we're seeking a Sales Project Manager with commercial door experience (Commercial Steel & Wood Doors, Frames & Hardware) and the ability to read blueprints & specifications. Must have experience in sales for commercial doors & hardware.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze blueprints and specifications to perform a detailed take-off and itemized summary of all doors, frames, finish hardware & specialties.
• Use the manufacturers price books and in-house software to generate an accurate cost for all materials. Create a detailed proposal to be sent to the bidders on the project and offer options for value engineering.
• Perform jobsite visits to review any customer complaints and to ensure that material is being stored & installed per the specifications.
