Sales & Relationship Building : Develop, nurture, and transform prospects into long-term clients through consultative selling and exceptional service. Manage Projects from Start to Finish : Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished products. Team Collaboration : Participate in team interactions to coordinate and implement customer projects, and assist with marketing plans and execution. Experience & Education : 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Personable & Proactive : Outgoing and eager to build relationships, with sharp listening and organizational skills. Resilient & Adaptable : Comfortable sitting at a computer or engaging directly with clients, ready to handle high-volume, high-quality work. Service-Oriented Professional : Passion for helping people solve problems by offering advice and consultation in a fast-paced environment.
