Key Responsibilities
Address complaints of discrimination and harassment, providing guidance and conducting investigations
Collaborate to develop policies and practices ensuring compliance with equal opportunity laws
Design and conduct educational programs on equity, inclusion, and diversity
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or Juris Doctorate with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience
Experience in conducting investigations related to civil rights and discrimination
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Commitment to advancing diversity and creating inclusive environments
Understanding of issues faced by historically underrepresented groups
