ABOUT US

Lift Plastic Surgery is a premier plastic surgery practice in Webster, TX, led by Dr. Shitel Patel, a double board-certified plastic surgeon with specialized craniofacial training. We've performed over 15,000 successful procedures and are known throughout the Houston area for our natural-looking results and exceptional patient care.

Our philosophy is simple : enhance who you already are, don't transform you into someone else. We position ourselves as a premium practice because we deliver premium care—board-certified anesthesiologists, accredited facilities, and Dr. Patel personally seeing patients at every post-operative visit.

THE ROLE

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first person many patients connect with on their surgical journey. Your role is part educator, part consultant, part advocate. You'll :

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-surgical consultations  (20-30 minutes) before patients meet Dr. Patel
  • Assess patient goals, concerns, timeline, and budget  to ensure they're a good fit for our practice
  • Educate patients  about procedures, recovery, realistic outcomes, and what makes our practice different
  • Present pricing and financing options  with confidence and transparency
  • Address objections and concerns  with empathy and expertise
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Dr. Patel , briefing him before each patient meeting
  • Guide patients through the booking process  after their consultation with the surgeon
  • Follow up with prospective patients  who need more time to decide
  • Track all consultations meticulously  in our CRM system (GoHighLevel)

This is NOT a high-pressure sales role.  We're looking for someone who can build trust, educate thoughtfully, and help patients make informed decisions—not someone who pushes procedures people don't need.

  • ?? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base Salary :  $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience)

Performance Bonus :  Quarterly bonuses based on conversion rate benchmarks

    Benefits Package :

  • Health insurance (1 / 2 paid by practice after 90 days)
  • 2 weeks paid time off (PTO)
  • 20-30% discount on aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, skincare, etc.)
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Supportive, collaborative work environment
  • Schedule :  Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, with occasional Saturdays (1-2x / month)

  • ? MUST HAVE :
  • 2+ years in medical / aesthetic industry (medical assistant, aesthetician, med spa coordinator, etc.)
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and financial topics without awkwardness
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Tech-savvy (comfortable with CRM systems, email, scheduling software)
  • Empathetic and warm personality
  • ? PREFERRED :
  • Previous aesthetics or plastic surgery experience
  • Aesthetician license or medical assistant certification
  • Understanding of facial anatomy and surgical procedures
  • Bilingual (Spanish) - 30% of Houston is Hispanic
  • Experience with high-ticket consultative selling
  • ?? THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS :
  • Genuinely curious about people's stories  - You ask thoughtful questions and truly listen to the answers
  • Confident without being pushy  - You can guide someone to a decision without making them feel pressured
  • Comfortable with vulnerability  - Patients are often nervous and insecure; you make them feel safe
  • Resilient  - Not everyone books, and you don't take it personally
  • Coachable  - You're open to feedback and constantly looking to improve
  • Excited about the aesthetic field  - You understand the life-changing impact of plastic surgery
  • Trustworthy and ethical  - You'll sometimes need to tell someone they're NOT a good candidate, and you're okay with that
  • WHAT WE OFFER BEYOND COMPENSATION

  • Comprehensive training program  - We don't expect you to know everything on Day 1. We'll invest in your development.
  • Direct mentorship from Dr. Patel  - You'll have weekly 1 : 1 coaching sessions to continuously improve
  • Professional growth opportunities  - As the practice grows, so do you. Future leadership potential.
  • Supportive team environment  - Small, tight-knit team that genuinely cares about each other
  • Premium work environment  - Beautiful office, latest technology, high-quality everything
  • Meaningful work  - You're helping people gain confidence and transform their lives
  • WHY THIS ROLE IS UNIQUE

Most plastic surgery practices have coordinators who are glorified schedulers or aggressive salespeople. We're different.

    We want someone who :

  • Understands the difference between  consulting  and  selling
  • Can identify when someone is NOT a good candidate (and has the courage to say so)
  • Treats every patient like a person, not a quota
  • Sees this as a career, not just a job
  • If you're looking for a transactional sales role where you hit a number and clock out, this isn't it. If you're looking for meaningful work where you genuinely help people make life-changing decisions—welcome home.

RED FLAGS (PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF...) :

  • You're uncomfortable discussing money or pricing
  • You take rejection personally and get discouraged easily
  • You need constant hand-holding or can't work independently
  • You're not genuinely interested in the aesthetic / medical field
  • You have a history of job-hopping every 6-12 months
  • You're looking for a 9-to-5 role with zero flexibility
